The Kelton Gas Plant and related gathering system were purchased from Questar Gas Management Company ("Questar") in 2002. The Kelton facilities include two nominal 25 MMcfd turboexpander cryogenic plants. Two 2500 HP electric motor driven compressors have been installed at the Palo Duro compressor station. These compressors provide low pressure gathering service (20 psig). Residue gas outlets are NGPL, ANR, and Oneok West Texas. Natural gas liquids are delivered into Oneok Hydrocarbon's NGL pipeline.
